Cover a shallow mold with foil. First, crush the biscuits by hand and then pour them into the plastic and crush it a little with a rolling pin. Chop the dates with a knife. In a kettle, mix butter and date juice together and stir over heat until the butter melts completely. Then remove it from the heat.
Mix crushed biscuits, dates and raisins together and spread the bottom of the mold covered with foil. Press the ingredients into the bottom of the mold with a spoon. Pour the mixture of date syrup and butter on the mold and let it cool.
Melt the chocolate using bain-marie method and pour it on the mold with a spoon and spread it completely. Then put the container in the refrigerator and let it harden completely. When you take out the mold, cut it with a knife and serve.
