Ingredients for fried dates:

Flour: 8 tablespoons

Instant yeast dough: 1 tablespoon

Yogurt: 5 tablespoons

Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Rose water: 2 tablespoons

Vanilla: the tip of a teaspoon

First, we mix all the ingredients except dates to make a thick paste. This dough should be slightly thicker than the cake ingredients. We let the dough rest for half an hour so that the yeast dough rises completely.
